  food options\, teach you how to sprout \, and ways to make fresh food i
 nteresting with the importance of a diverse diet for your birds.\n\nClas
 ses are in Eastern Standard Time\n\nThis is an on line workshop via MS T
 eams. A $12.50 workshop fee is due at sign up. Your workshop kit will in
 clude a sprouting mix\, a dry mix\, GSE and handouts. All kits must be o
 rdered/paid by Friday October 27. All orders need to be  picked up at P
